PRIVACY POLICY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear Customer,

pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights.

The processing is also carried out with the aid of computer tools for the following purposes:

1. to acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation services and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since these are necessary processes for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in cases where particular, so-called sensitive, data is provided. If you refuse to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm the booking or provide the requested services. The processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;

2. to comply with the obligation set forth by the “Consolidated Law on Public Security” (Article 109 of Royal Decree 18.6.1931 no. 773), which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of accommodated guests according to the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013). The provision of this data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose is not retained by us, unless you give us consent for retention as provided in point 4;

3. to fulfill current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data is processed by us and our appointees, and is disclosed externally only in compliance with legal obligations. If you refuse to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned requirements, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes is retained by us for the period required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax audits);

4. to carry out the function of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to you during your stay. For this purpose, your consent is required. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Processing will in any case cease upon your departure;

5. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, with your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time;

6. for the purpose of protecting people, property, and company assets through a video surveillance system in certain areas of the facility, identifiable by the presence of appropriate signs. For this processing, your consent is not required, as it pursues our legitimate interest in protecting people and property against possible assaults, thefts, robberies, damages, acts of vandalism, and for fire prevention and workplace safety purposes. The recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except on holidays or other cases of business closure, and in any case no later than one week. They are not disclosed to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary to comply with a specific investigative request from the judicial authority or law enforcement.

We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or erasure or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and where applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures provided for by current legislation.

Poiché si tratta di trattamenti necessari per la definizione dell'accordo contrattuale e per la sua successiva attuazione, il tuo consenso non è richiesto, salvo nel caso in cui vengano forniti dati particolari, cosiddetti sensibili. The recorded images are deleted after 24 hours, except for holidays or other cases of closure of the business, and in any case no later than one week. They are not communicated to third parties, except in the event that a specific investigative request from the judicial or judicial police must be adhered to.

We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and as applicable (articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no.679 of 2016). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures provided for by current legislation.
